We are at the half way point of the year, and 2018 has already delivered some amazing additions to Netflix. If you’re a huge fan of this streaming service (like us) you’re probably running out of new shows to watch!

Returning
Marvel’s Luke Cage (Season 2)
When? 22nd June
With a rating of 94% on Rotten Tomatoes, Marvel’s Luke Cage has been a hit with fans since its first episode aired in September 2016. This action-packed drama is the third Netflix-original defenders series after Daredevil and Jessica Jones.
Mike Colter plays Luke Cage, a man with incredible strength looking to clear his name and rebuild his life in Harlem, whilst confronting his past. Check out the teaser trailer below for this upcoming season!
When? 29th June
The creators of the hugely successful Orange is the New Black are back with the hilarious second season of Glow. Starring the famous faces of Alison Brie, Betty Gilpin, Sydelle Noelle, Marc Maron and Britney Young, they continue their story of the Glow wrestlers.
Glow, set in the 1980s, revolves around the women’s professional wrestling circuit, adding a fictionalised and comedic edge. If you haven’t seen the first season, get the 10 episodes watched before the second season is released!
The Hollow (Season 1)
When? 8th June
The Hollow is definitely something for the kids! This new cartoon series is one of six new kid’s series announced for Netflix. First announced in October 2016, it is finally hitting Netflix this June. The Hollow follows three teenagers who must join forces to find a way home after waking up in a strange realm.
Follow their attempt to stay alive as they are surrounded by magic portals, puzzles and vicious beasts.
