Curved TVs also have the significant advantage of helping to reduce ambient light reflections.
All TVs reflect ambient light, largely on account of their glossy surface, and this can be a little distracting. But curved TVs have the ability to diminish reflections caused by ambient lighting and can also reflect what light does strike their surface away from the viewer too – pretty neat right!
With less light washing out your TV screen, colours and contrasts will appear much sharper – and thus the quality of the image will be improved.
