My Cart - Here at Electronic World, we’re getting extremely excited in the lead up to The Gadget Show Live. Taking place annually in Birmingham, this year the fascinating event will be taking place between the 31st March and the 3rd April.
The UK’s largest and most impressive technology exhibition offers people the chance to come along and view (and buy!) some of the latest technology available on the market. There will be displays from popular and well established brands, as well as up and coming inventors who are looking to showcase their brand new products. However, it’s not all exhibitions. There are plenty of exciting events happening throughout the 4 days of the show, including opportunities to get involved in lots of fun and interactive features.
The Super Theatre Returns
One of the highlights of the show is always the Super Theatre, in which guests are invited to watch an hour long live show that is presented by the presenters of the TV show. This year they promise something brand new, exclusive and unseen. There will be amazing stunts, never seen before technology and the chance to participate. It’s also the very first year that the show will be filmed for TV – so dress to impress!
Oh, and there will be a prize given away to members of the audience every 5 minutes. What could be better?!
The House of Sound and Vision
Another new edition this year is The House of Sound and Vision. This is where guests are invited to experience a true cinematic experience. Immersing yourself in the latest and very best home cinema technology, you’re given the chance to imagine how this would look set up in your own home. You can try out the technology for yourself, just in case you feel like making a purchase!
Fancy yourself as a gamer? This year there will be a competition zone, taking place in The Arcade. Here you’ll be invited to showcase your skills on a number of different games in order to win some pretty special prizes! The games will include Guitar Hero, Fifa 16, Glitchrunners and Project Cars. Whether rocking out or playing football, you have the chance to move your name up the leader board throughout the day.
