My Cart - Collection Policy
This website offers a unique collection only service from our Birmingham showroom. You simply have to choose the depot you wish to collect from at the check out stage and leave the rest to us. No delivery charges apply.
Once you have placed your order we will be in contact via email/telephone to confirm your order has been successful and to inform you your TV is ready for pick-up from your chosen depot. Lead times for collection can be 1-2 working days.
1. Proof of ID - this must have your name and card billing address on e.g bank statement, utility bill, full driving license. Passport is not an accepted form of ID because it does not have your address on.
2. Payment method - If you placed the order using a credit/debit card online you must bring the card with you. If you paid by PayPal please bring 2 forms of ID with your name and address that matches the PayPal payment,. If you ordered the TV over the phone please bring the card the deposit was paid with and then you can pay the balance with cash or credit/debit card ​
