Refund Policy
What does my guarantee cover?
All of the televisions we sell are covered by a ‘1 Year Parts & Labour Back-to-Base Guarantee’ (unless otherwise stated on the advert). Please keep the invoice as proof of purchase and guarantee.
What should I do if my TV develops a fault?
In the unlikely event of a fault please contact us via email or by phone with your invoice number. Our engineers may initially call you to see if the problem can be resolved over the phone. If this is not possible, then the television be collected from your home and a repair will be arranged. Please retain the original packaging that came with the item to ensure safe delivery. Please note: if additional packaging is required, there will be a surcharge for this.
If we cannot repair the item, we will endeavor to exchange the television for an exact replacement or the nearest replacement in terms of specification.
This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse (for which there can be no refund or exchange). Please check the plug, batteries, fuse and the manufacturer’s operating instructions before contacting us. Please retain all original packaging in case of a return, replacement or repair.
Please ensure that when packing items for return, no accessories / stands are placed in front of the screen. Any items that sustain damage caused by incorrect packaging from the customer will not be refunded.
Return Within 7 Days
We want you to be delighted with your new television. If for any reason you are unhappy, an order can be cancelled within 7 days of delivery.
