The Philips 86PUS8807/12 is an enormous 86-inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV from Philips’ popular The One range, combining a huge cinematic display with 3-sided Ambilight, the P5 Perfect Picture Engine, Dolby Vision and excellent 4K 120Hz gaming capabilities. It’s an outstanding choice for anyone wanting a truly big-screen experience for films, sport, streaming and gaming.
At Electronic World TV – the home of cheap TVs, we specialise in bringing customers big-brand televisions at highly competitive prices. With its massive 86-inch screen and premium feature set, the Philips 86PUS8807/12 delivers an impressive home-cinema experience without the price associated with many flagship televisions of this size.
Philips’ P5 Perfect Picture Engine intelligently optimises the picture to improve detail, colour, contrast and motion. The 3840 x 2160 4K display combines this processing with Micro Dimming Pro and a wide colour gamut, producing a vibrant and detailed picture across the enormous screen.
One of the standout features is Philips’ signature 3-sided Ambilight. LEDs positioned around the television project colours onto the wall behind the screen in real time, matching the action and creating a much more immersive viewing experience for movies, sport and gaming.
The 86PUS8807/12 supports an excellent selection of HDR formats including Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG. FILMMAKER MODE is also included, giving movie fans an excellent combination of big-screen scale and cinematic picture technology.
Gaming is another major strength. HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 are full-bandwidth 48Gbps HDMI 2.1 connections supporting 4K at 120Hz, while VRR, ALLM, HGiG and AMD FreeSync Premium provide smooth and responsive gameplay with compatible PlayStation, Xbox and PC hardware. Dolby Vision gaming is also supported.
Built-in Android TV provides access to a huge selection of entertainment, including Netflix, BBC iPlayer, Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube and Apple TV. Google Assistant is built in and the supplied voice remote includes a microphone, while the television also works with Amazon Alexa.
Sound is enhanced by Dolby Atmos, AI Sound and DTS Play-Fi, while Clear Dialogue helps keep speech easy to understand. DTS Play-Fi also makes it possible to integrate the television with compatible wireless speakers for a more expansive home entertainment setup.
With its enormous 86-inch 4K screen, immersive Ambilight system and genuine 4K 120Hz HDMI 2.1 gaming support, the Philips 86PUS8807/12 is a superb big-screen all-rounder. Shop great-value Philips TVs at Electronic World TV – the nation’s home of cheap TVs.
